二阶挤出剪切速率对PP/GF复合材料性能和结构的影响

摘  要:将自制的可单独调控剪切速率的单螺杆挤出装置连接在普通单螺杆挤出机料筒末端,使聚丙烯(PP)/玻纤(GF)复合材料熔体在成片过程中连续受到二次熔体剪切作用,通过改变GF特征、基体树脂牌号和基体极性,研究二阶挤出剪切速率对PP/GF复合材料性能和结构的影响。结果表明,随二阶挤出剪切速率的增加,复合材料的纵向拉伸强度出现先增加后减小的趋势,纵向拉伸强度在剪切速率200250s-1范围内取得极大值。A homemade single screw extrusion equipment, which can control the shear rate alone and connected with fore-end of single screw extruder, was used to study PP/GF composite system. The PP/GF composite melt was undergone continuous secondary shear effect in sheet molding process in this equipment. The effect of the two-stage extrusion shear rate on the properties and structure of PP/GF composite was investigated by changing glass fiber, resin matrix with different polarity and type. The results showed that the longitudinal tensile strength of composite increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the two-stage extrusion shear rate. The maximum longitudinal tensile strength of all samples appeared in the range of 200 - 250 s^-1.
