摘  要:本研究对高产推广品种、高强优质纤维种质系(带有异常棉血缘)及其杂种F1、F2和回交世代的纤维品质、纤维超分子结构参数进行相关分析,结果表明:①性状间的简单相关关系与偏相关关系结论不一,偏相关能更真实地反映各变数之间的相关关系;②纤维比强度、马克隆值、伸长度两两之间以及微原纤角与取向度间的相关不受遗传背景影响,而其它性状间的相关关系都随遗传背景不同而不同,回交世代多数偏向回交亲本,F1和F2则表现偏向高产型品种;③与纤维强度高度相关的微原纤角,在高产品种中表现为极显著的负相关,而在高强纤维种质系中表现为弱的正相关,据推测,这不但与遗传背景不同有关,还可能与纤维强度的变化范围有关;④成熟纤维结晶度与纤维比强度呈负相关,这一结果与前人结果不一致。The correlations between the characters and the super molecular structure of fibre of four commercial cultivars and three germplasm lines of upland cotton with high fibre strength introgressed from G. anomalum , and those in F 1,F 2, and backcrossing generations of them were analysed. The results were showed as follows. Firstly, simple correlations were different from partial ones, and the lattter demonstrated more truthful relation than the former. Secondly, the partial correlations of the strength, micronair reading and elongation and those of micro fibril angle and orientation degree were the same in different genetic background, but those of other characters different. For example, they were similar to those of their backcrossing parents in the backcrossing generations and similar to commercial cultivars in F 1 and F 2 generations. Thirdly, the correlations may be different between the strength and the micro fibril angle in different fibre strength range and different background.For example,there is a highly significantly negative correlation in commercial cultivars and weakly posi tive one in germplasm lines. Fourthly, the partial correlation between the strength and crystallinity of mature fibre was negative. Based on the above results, a method is proposed to improve the fibre strength.
