除尘风机网络化在线监控与故障诊断系统的研制

摘　　要：针对某厂除尘风机生产过程中存在的问题,根据该厂的实际情况,结合计算机智能诊断技术、数据库技术、网络应用技术,研制了除尘风机的网络化在线监控与故障诊断系统。实践证明,该系统的正常运行,可以对除尘风机的故障提前预警预报并进行诊断,提高了企业设备管理水平,产生了良好的效果。According to the actual circumstance of a factory and the problem of the dust - collecting fan, a network online monitoring and fault diagnosis system were developed combined the intelligence diagnosis technique, the database technique and the network application technique. Practice certified, the system moves normally, and it can carry on the diagnosis towards the early warning and forecast, raise the business enterprise equipments management level and produce a good result.
