摘　　要：虚拟网络由系统产品在经济上的互补性和对于共同的技术标准的关联发展而来,技术标准是虚拟网络的基本要素,而知识产权又是技术标准化合作网络的基本要素。The development of the virtual network is derived from the economic complementarities of systematic products and connections by the common technological standards. Technological standard is the essential facility of a virtual network, and at the same time, intellectual property rights become the essential facilities of technological standardization cooperation network.
