摘　　要：城市规划与城市土地经营是对城市土地资源配置的两种不同方式,二者既有互动,又有矛盾与冲突。要实现两者的协调互动,应按照市场经济要求发展和完善城市规划与城市土地经营。Urban planning and urban land management are two different ways to allocate the urban land recourse. It＇s not only interacted but also conflicted between urban planning and urban land management. In order to realize their coordinated development, we should develop and perfect urban planning and urban land management according to the demand of market economy.
