摘　　要：从污染场地的概念出发,介绍了美国的超级基金法案,从法律、法规和标准等方面分析了我国污染场地的管理现状,并对我国污染场地的管理提出了具体的建议措施,主要包括立法方面的支持、新科技的研发和税金的预提留等措施。The definition of contaminated sites was introduced and US Superfund system was explained, with analysis of current status on contaminated sites management in China from the point of law, regulation and criteria. Control measures were also proposed for the site management, including law establishment, new technologies and tax pre-imposition.
