摘　　要：少数民族村寨旅游地的村民参与旅游开发,是社区旅游研究的重要内容。本文以贵阳市镇山村布依族苗族村寨为例,就该村寨的村民参与旅游开发的必要性进行了分析,并针对该村寨村民参与旅游开发中存在的不足,提出了一些可行性建议。The studying on the participation of minority villager in the tourism development is an important part of studying an community tourism. Taking Zhenshan Village as an example, zhe paper analyzes deeply the necessarity of participation of minority viliger in the tourism development, and put some benefit suggestions according to the existed problems.
