摘　　要：在水电水利工程施工组织设计中，导流时段与导流方式密不可分，根据若干工程的建设经验总结，将导流时段划分为初期、中期、后期等阶段。在此基础上，根据工程的地形、地质、水文、工程进度和枢纽布置等因素，提出了各种导流方式的适用条件。in the organization design of hydropower and water conservancy project construction, diversion periods and diversion method are closely connected. According to the experiential summarization of a lot of projects, diversion period can be divided into initial, interim and later period. Based on this division, the applied conditions of each kind of diversion method are proposed according to the topography, geology, hydrology, progress and complex layout of the project.
