摘 要:每年汛期,江河流域都可能遭受洪水的威胁,提前知道每次洪峰到来的时问和流量,对于保护人民生命和财产安全至关重要。水电站水情自动测报系统是保证水电建设工程安全防汛、渡汛的重要措施,因此,建立高性能、高可靠性的水情测报通信系统非常重要。卫星通信不受地理环境的影响,特别适用于流域面积广,交通、通信不发达的偏远山区;随着移动通信技术日益成熟,移动通信网络(GSM、GPRS、CDMA、3G网络)覆盖面越来越广,为山区水电站水情自动测报通信组网创造了有利条件。移动通信和卫星通信技术在水情测报领域已得到了越来越广泛的应用。In the flood season of each year, river basins may be threatened by flood. It is very important to know the time and volume of the flood peak in advance for protecting the safety of people' s lives and properties. The design and construction of automatic water regime forecasting system is a significant measure to ensure the safety of hydropower projects in flood season, so it is very important to build an automatic water regime forecasting system with high performance and reliability. Satellite communication, which is not restricted by geographic environment, is especially appropriate for the remote mountainous areas where transportation and communication are poor. The expanding and technologic enhancement of the mobile communication network (including GSM, GPRS and CDMA) has created favorable conditions for establishing automatic water regime forecasting communication network in mountainous areas. The technology of mobile and satellite communication will be widely used in the automatic water regime forecasting system.
