摘　　要：传统建设项目造价管理模式越来越不适应市场经济体制及现代项目管理的发展需要，建设项目造价管理的理论和方法正在经历重大改革。本文较详细分析了传统建设项目造价管理存在的缺陷及种种问题，简要阐述了今后项目造价管理的发展趋势，供同行商榷。While the traditional model of price management in construction project （PMCP） cannot meet the development demand for market economic system and modem project management more and more, the theories and methods of PMCP are now under a significant reform. The paper analyzes the defects and various problems in traditional PMCP in detail, and briefly elaborates the development trend of PMCP, which is for deliberation for the engineers of the same occupation.
