摘　　要：以3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸为原料,通过合成3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸乙酯、3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酰胺、3,5-二甲氧基苯戊酮、3,5-二甲氧基戊苯等4种中间产物最终得到目标产物3,5-二羟基戊苯,总收率为70.10%、纯度为98.84%。A new method for the preparation of 3,5-dihydroxypentylbenzene was discussed in this paper.Through the synthesis of 3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid ethyl ester, 3,5-dimethoxybenzoic amide, 3,5-dimethoxyphenylketopentane,3,5-dimethoxy-1-pentylbenzene,the aim product 3,5-dihydroxypentylbenzene was prepared by 3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid as raw material. The total yield of 3,5-dihydroxypentylbenzene amounted to 70. 10% and its purity was 98.84%.
