摘 要:以旋毛虫肌肉期幼虫的分泌排泄抗原(ES)和纯化ES中46~58KD抗原(P-ES)为诊断抗原,用Dot-ELISA同时检测34份旋毛虫病人血清,阳性检出率分别为91.18%和94.12%(P>0.05).而100份正常人血清均为阴性;检测其它4种蠕虫病人血清62份,交叉反应率分别为29.3%和0%,P-ES的特异性明显优于ES(P<0.05)。另外,以P-ES为珍断抗原,比较Dot-ELISA和间接ELISA用于诊断旋毛虫病人的检测效果,实验表明:Dot-ELISA不仅有间接ELISA相似的敏感性和特异性,而且简便、快速、经济,更适合于推广应用。In the first place, the diagnostic value of excretorysecretory antigen (ES) of Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae and its purified 46-58 KD antigen (P-ES) was tested by Dot-ELISA. The positive rates of 34 sera from confirmed trichinosis patients using ES and P-ES as diagnostic antigen were 91. 18% and 94. 12% respectively (P>0. 05). The false positive reactions of 100 normal human sera were not found. in the study. The cross reaction rates of 62 sera of patients with other helminthiasis were 29. 03% and 0% respectively, the specifity of P-ES was obviouly higher than that of ES (P<0. 05) Next, comparision of Dot-ELISA and indirect ELISA using P-ES as diagnostic antigen for detecting human trichinosis was made. The results indicated that Dot-ELISA is not only as sensitive and specific as indirect ELISA but more rapid, simple, economical and feasible in field work or in rural area.
