摘　　要：江泽民民主法制思想是江泽民思想的重要组成部分,是近七八年来学术界的一个研究热点。学术界对该思想的研究主要集中于:江泽民对毛泽东、邓小平民主法制理论的继承和发展,江泽民民主法制思想的发展阶段、主要内容,民主与法制的关系,民主法制的建设、特点和意义。Jiang Zemin＇s thought of democracy and legality is part and parcel of Jiang Zemin Thought, and a hot spot of research in the past seven to eight years. The academia＇s research mainly focuses on Jiang Zemin＇s inheritance and development of Mao Tse-tung＇s and Deng Xiaoping＇s theories of democracy and legality, the developing phases of Jiang Zemin＇s thought of democracy and legality, its main contents, relationships between democracy and legality, and on the construction, traits anti meanings of democracy and legality.
