摘　　要：罗贯中是古代伟大的通俗文学作家,历史小说《三国演义》诞生于明代初期不是偶然的,完全符合文学自然发展演进的规律。《三国演义》成书后数十年间不见于文献记载,那是明初错误的文化政策造成的结果。罗贯中具备创作《三国演义》的时间、艺术素养和生活阅历,其著作权是不可否认的。LUO Guan-zhong is a great writer of popular novel The Romance of the Three Kingdoms had emerged in the the law of literature＇ s naturally development and evolvement. literature in ancient. It＇s not occasional that historical early years of Ming period,which is totally conformed to It had not been recorded in a document for decades after The Romance of the Three Kingdoms written down, which is a result of mistaken culture policy at the beginning of Ming period. LUO Guan-zhong possesses the time, artistic accomplishment and life experience for the creative work of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms. So his copyright should not be denied.
