三效热原灭活剂对注射器去热原方法探讨

摘　　要：用２％三效热原灭活剂加入超声波清洗机中，以三种不同的消毒、去污、去热原步骤同时进行的超洗方法，通过对３７０副注射器作鲎试验，结果表明：对注射器采用２％三效热原灭活剂超声波清洗机超洗５ｍｉｎ后，挂壁４ｈ以上，再用２％三效热原灭活剂超声波清洗机超洗５ｍｉｎ，然后常规清洗、精洗、灭菌的处理方法，既可去热原，且操作方便，费用少，值得推广。three-efficacious pyrogen deactivator (TEPD) was put into ultrasound washer for syringe washing. A total of 370 syringes were divided into three groups. Each group was washed by using a different program of sterilization, decontamination, and depyrogen. The results showed that the following program was not only effective for depyrogen but also convenient and inexpensive: (1)5 minutes' ultra-washing by using ultrasound washer with TEPD; (2)suspension over 4 hours; (3)another 5 minutes' ultrawashing; (4)ordinary washing and sterilization.
