摘　　要：20世纪90年代后期以来,全球交易所以及OTC市场掀起了购并和整合的浪潮,跨产品、跨市场的合并趋势日趋明显,而交易系统在其中的核心竞争力作用日益显现。文章介绍了目前国际电子交易系统的竞争格局以及系统建设的发展趋势,并就如何借鉴国外经验发展国內交易平台提出建议。Since the late 1990s, the exchanges and OTC markets in the wodd have witnessed a wave of merger and acquisition. With the growing tendency of cross-product and cross-market merger, trading systems have been playing an increasingly dominant role in terms of core competitiveness. This paper introduces the current competition pattern of international e-trading systems as well as their development trends, and puts forward suggestions on how to learn from international experience to develop domestic trading platforms.
