摘　　要：研发项目风险既包括对研发项目目标的威胁,也包括对实现这些目标的机会.借鉴较新的集成风险管理概念,在风险管理循环过程中增加了新产品开发的多集成处理模型的思想,提出了研发项目的集成风险管理模型,并讨论了模型的适应性条件以及实施研发项目集成风险管理需要注意的问题.通过集成风险管理,研发项目能获取更多的赢利机会.Risk is an uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs, has a positive or negative effect on a R＆D project＇s objectives. Based on the concept of integrated risk management, it focuses on integrating the process of R＆D project and the risk management by multiple convergent processing models, proposing the integrated risk management model of R＆D project, discussing the adaptability and some items which need to be noticed. Integrated risk management is useful to alleviate the loss and guarantee the success.
