摘　　要：从分析美国技术交易发展的案例出发,探讨了影响技术交易效率的主要因素,在此基础上提出了技术交易效率的RP-GS-IM动力机制分析模型.研究认为产权制度、交易中介和交易合约结构是影响技术交易效率的主要动力因素.It analyzes some cases about technological transaction development in U. S, then discusses the main factors of affecting the efficiency. On this base, it puts forward an analysis model on RP -GS - IM dynamic mechanism of technological transaction efficiency. It argues that the system of property right, intermediary of transaction and the structure of contracts am the main factors affecting the efficiency of technological transactions.
