摘　　要：在矿业资源型城市落实科学发展观,必须首先提高对资源节约重要性的认识,同时应通过加快接续产业和经济结构调整的步伐,切实转变经济增长方式,把发展循环经济作为实现资源节约的切入点,引入循环经济的新理念,更新产业结构,拓宽资源开发领域及拉长资源产业链条,认真解决好资源的综合利用等问题。In order tu carry out the scientific development in cities with mineral resources, first of all, we must know the importance of saving resources. Meanwhile, we should transform in economic forms by having more lasting industries and adjust the economic structures. By developing recycled economy, having new concept＇ in recycled, economy, renewing industry structures, widening resources exploiting areas and lengthening the industry chain, well solve the problems of multiple-exploiting of nalural resourced.
