摘　　要：我国期货市场初创五年来，存在的最核心问题是期货交易的巨大风险。必须从法规、制度建设入手，建立健全期货交易内外部风险控制体系，在机构设置、人员素质、管理水平、管理手段和国家政策协调等方面控制期市风险，维护国家和投资者利益，使期市尽快走向健康良性发展的轨道。Despite the great progress made in its past five years of initial operation, the futures market of China is still confronted with many problems. One of the greatest problems lies in the risks in futures transactions. We must pay enough attention to the problemand, proceeding from the construction of laws and regulations concerned, establish andimprove a risks control system for futures transactions. We must strive to improveorganizational setup, personnel quality, management quality and technigues, and thecooridinating role of government policies so as to bring the risks under control, safeguardthe interests of the country and the investers as well, and lead our futures market as soonas prossible to the course of sound development.
