摘　　要：网络环境下数字化生产的成功与否不仅取决于企业上层管理的数字化和信息化,更取决于车间底层的数字化和信息化。车间数字化生产的可行的和最佳的模式是把无线移动通信技术引进来,创建一种以人为中心的能充分发挥“人的智能”和“机器智能”的分布式的人机协同工作的新模式。为了减少组网的负担,以求提高整个蓝牙网络的通信速度,在生产车间应采用固定网络拓扑结构,使某些蓝牙设备保持在一个子网内以便于实时通信、实时控制和计算等。The success of digitalisation manufacture in network invirnoment not only lie on the digitalisation and communication of superstratum of the enterprise but olso lie on the digitalisation and communication of the workshop .The feasible and optimal mode of workshop digitalisation manufacture is to introduce the wireless moveable communication technology into manufacture .and establish a new mode of nan cooperate with machines,in which mode the man is the center and both of the hominine brainpower and the machine intellegence is exert.for reduce the burden of group network and increase the communication speed of whole bluetooth network , the fixed network topology sturcture was introduced.some bluetooth equipment were keeped at a son network, in order to real time communicate,real time control and account.
