摘　　要：社区银行经营机制灵活,在缓解中小企业融资困境、优化银行体系结构和提高银行业整体竞争力等方面的作用显著。因此,发展社区银行对促进中国经济的发展具有重要意义。在界定社区银行内涵的基础上,分析中国发展社区银行的现实意义,并借鉴美国的发展经验提出我国发展社区银行的思路。Community banks, with flexible management system, have great influence on middle and small - sized enterprises in solving financing problems, optimizing the structure of banking system and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of banking industry. Therefore, the development of community bank can greatly help to promote the economic development of China. Based on the defining of the connotation of community banks, the author analyses the realistic significance to develop community banks in China, and by borrowing the experience to develop community banks of America, the author gives his own thoughts on developing community banks in China.
