美国晨星公司基金评级体系及其借鉴价值

摘　　要：美国晨星公司是目前世界上最具权威性和影响力的基金评级机构,其服务于投资者及注重定量分析的运作理念深受国际经济界推崇。对晨星公司基金评级体系进行了较为全面的评述,着重探讨了晨星基金定量评级体系和方法,同时也指出了其不足之处。在此基础上,对如何借鉴美国晨星公司基金评级的做法及经验、建立和完善我国基金评级体系提出了若干建议。American Morning Star Company is the most authoritative and influential funds rating institution in the world at present. It is recommended by international business field for its good services to investors and its business operating method of paying attention to quantitative analysis. The paper gives a detailed analysis of the fund rating system of Morning Star Company, especially about its quantitative analysis and methods of fund rating. Besides, some disadvantages of the fund rating system are given by the authors. What＇s more, the authors give some suggestions on how to build up and perfect fund rating systems in China based on borrowing the methods and experience of the company.
