猪乙型脑炎新型协同凝集试验与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法的比较

摘　　要：用新型SPA(Staphylococcal Protein A)协同凝集试验对88份猪血清进行了乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)抗体检测,并与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行了对比,两种方法检测结果为:ELISA检测阳性率为62.5%(55/88),SPA阳性率为68.18%(60/88),二者阳性符合率为90.0%(54/60),总符合率为86.3%(76/88).对8份SPF猪血清进行检测,两种方法检测结果均为阴性.结果表明,SPA与ELISA检测乙型脑炎结果符合,前者更为简便和实用.The pig was tested positive to JEV by Co-agglutination test（Co-A） and EI.ISA. When 88 serum from farms were detected by Co A and ELISA. The positive rate of ELISA was 62. 8% （55/88）. The positive rate of Co A was 68.18%（60/88）. The positive coincidence rate of both methods were 90.0G（54/ 60） and 86.3%（76/88）. Furthermore ,8 serum samples from healthy pigs were negative to JEV tested by both Co A and ELISA. The results indicated that Co-A is compatible was ELISA when the antibodies against JEV in swine sera were detected. Co-A is more available and easy than ELISA.
