健康老年人骨髓多向祖细胞增殖能力和自我更新能力的研究

摘　　要：采用造血祖细胞培养技术研究了健康老年人骨髓多向祖细胞的增殖能力和自我更新能力。发现健康老年人骨髓多向祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－ＧＥＭＭ）的集落数为每１×１０５细胞１１．９９±４．６８，明显低于健康成年人；骨髓细胞经白细胞介素－３孵育后进行培养，健康老年人ＣＦＵ－ＧＥＭＭ的集落数为每１×１０￣５细胞２．１８±１．０２，亦明显低于健康成年人的。表明健康老年人骨髓多向祖细胞的增殖能力和自我更新能力减低。The hematopoietic progenitor culture method was used to investigate the proliferative and self-renewal capacity of the multipotential progenitors(CFU-GEMM) in the marrow cells of the healthy elderly.The results showed that the number of colonies of CFU-GEMM of the marrow cells in the healthy elderly was 11.99±4.68/1±105 cells,which was significantly decreased as compared with the number of colonies from healthy adults.The number of colonies of CFU-GEMM of the marrow cells which were incubated for three clays by interleuking-3 in the healthy elderly was 2.18±1.02/1×105 cells,which was decreased more than that from healthy adults.The results suggested that the proliferative and self-renewal capacity of the multipotential progenitors in the marrow cells of the healthy elderly was decreased.
