封闭式负压吸引技术在外伤性和感染性四肢创伤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：对１０例四肢外伤性和感染性、伴或不伴有软组织严重缺损的创面，采用封闭式负压吸引技术治疗７～１４ｄ。维持４０ｋＰａ负压，创面感染控制且生长出具有粘附性、血循环良好的肉芽组织。经二期游离植皮或直接缝合伤口，创面修复。Ten cases of traumagenic and infective wounds of extremities with or without severe defect of soft tissue,exposure of tendon and bone,were treated by using technique of close negative pressure sucking.The treatment lasted for 7-14 days with negative pressure kept at 14 kPa.The wound infection was controlled,with growth of granulation with good blood circulation.The wounds were repaired by free skin graft or direct suture.
