摘　　要：邓小平政治发展观是在和平与发展的国际背景下,以马克思主义政治发展观为指导思想和理论来源,通过实践探索,并经过邓小平主观努力而形成的一个内容丰富、结构严谨的理论体系。无论从历史还是现实来看,这一理论都具有鲜明的理论特色和重要的历史地位。Deng Xiaoping＇ s perspective of political development is formed against the international background of peace and development, with Marxist perspective of political development as its guiding ideology and theoretical source. This theory, bearing distinctive features and historic significance, is a well - organized and closely- structured theoretical system developed during the practice of China＇s reform by Deng Xiao- ping＇ s efforts.
