二级模糊综合评判方法在辊道窑烧成缺陷诊断中的应用

摘　　要：分析了辊道窑烧成缺陷原因和缺陷症状之间的关系,采用二级模糊综合评判方法对辊道窑烧成缺陷进行诊断。利用Visualbasic6.0软件,设计了对辊道窑烧成缺陷进行模糊逻辑诊断的专用软件。并利用该软件对烧成缺陷实例进行了分析。结果表明:模糊逻辑诊断的专用软件适合于辊道窑烧成缺陷的诊断。Analyses the relation between the firing flaw of roller kiln and the symptoms,and adopts two level comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to diagnose the firing flaws of roller kiln in this paper. Develops a special software of diagnosing fuzzily the faults of roller kiln by the Visual basic6.0 and gives a practical example that indicates it is feasible to diagnose the firing flaws of roller kiln with the special software.
