摘 要:在实验室减粘裂化试验装置上,对胜利和辽河减压渣油在两种供氢剂存在下的减粘裂化反应产物分布以及产品性质进行了评定,实验室研究表明,采用供氢剂B时的减粘裂化汽油加柴油的总收率比不掺兑供氢剂和掺兑供氢剂A时增加了3-7个百分点,但是过程的生焦量也有所增加,而且柴油馏分与残渣燃料油的性质也变差。另外在工业装置上进行了胜利减压渣油供氢剂减粘裂化试验,减粘裂化工业试验表明,掺兑供氢剂B后胜利减压渣油减粘裂化汽油加柴油的总收率提高了4.55个百分点,减粘裂化柴油的十六烷值降低了12,供氢剂B具有良好的工业应用前景。The distributions and properties of products from Shengli vacuum residue and Liaohe vacuum residue visbreaking with hydrogen donors were evaluated in a pilot plant. The laboratory tests demonstrated that yields of gasoline and diesel with addition of hydrogen donor B can be increased by 3 - 7 percent points than those without addition of hydrogen donor or with addition of hydrogen donor A. The coke make was increased to some extent and the properties of the diesel and residual fuel oil declined. In the commercial tests, with addition of hydrogen donor B, the yields of gasoline and diesel were increased by 4.55 percent points, while the cetane number of diesel was reduced by 12 units, which has a very good commercial application prospect.
