抵克力得及中药灯盏花素、藏红花在大鼠阳离子化牛血清白蛋白肾炎中的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨抗血小板因素在大鼠ｃ－ＢＳＡ肾炎的作用。方法利用大鼠ｃ－ＢＳＡ肾炎模型，研究抗血小板因素抵克力得、中药灯盏花素及藏红花对此模型的干扰作用。结果实验组大鼠蛋白尿减轻，肾皮质前列腺素水平变化、病理损害程度较轻。bjectiveToexploretheroleofanti-plateletfactorsinthepathogenesisofc-BSAinducednephritis.Methodsc-BSAinducednephritismodelwasutilizedinrats.Theinterferingefectofticlopidine、breviscapiniandcrocusonthismodelwasinvestigated.ResultsProteinuriaoftheexperimentalgroupwasaleviated.Thelevelofprostaglandininrenalcortexchanged.Thepathologicaldamagesoftheexperimentalgroupswerelesssevereincomparionwiththemodelgroup.ConclusionAnti-plateletfactorsexertsomeinfluenceinthetreatmentofc-BSAinducednephritis.
