摘  要:建立了铁道客车垂向悬挂系统广义鲁茨卡(Ruzicka)隔振模型,并比较分析了该模型与传统隔振模型之间的差别。应用随机隔振理论研究了系统随机隔振特性。应用评价函数法,对铁道客车垂向悬挂系统进行了多目标、多参数的优化,以使车体的垂向振动位移方差和加速度方差最小。分析比较优化后的结果可知,随机隔振与简谐隔振有很大的区别;轨道谱对随机隔振优化结果影响不大,但速度对优化结果有一定影响。本文工作为铁道客车垂向悬挂系统参数的选取提供了一种有效方法。An extended Ruzicka vibration isolation model for the vertical suspension system of the railway passenger car is set up and the difference between the traditional model and extended Ruzicka model is compared. The random vibration isolation properties of the system are investigated by using the random vibration isolation theory. Optimization of the vehicle vertical suspension systems with multiple aims and multiple parameters are carried out by using the evaluation function method in order that the minimum vertical displacement and acceleration variances of the car-body can be obtained. Through numerical computations, it is known that harmonic vibration isolation is completely different from random vibration isolation and the final optimized parameter results have no relation with the PSDs of tracks except for the car speeds. This paper provides a efficient method for the selection of vertical suspension parameters of railway passenger cars.
