摘 要:目的研究蜂毒素对离体血管的作用及其机制。方法用内皮完整及去内皮的主动脉条,研究蜂毒素的收缩、松驰血管的作用,并用放免分析法检测中介中血管紧张素Ⅱ的释放。结果蜂毒素(0.33~6.6mg/L)引起事先用肾上腺素收缩的完整兔主动脉条的松弛,而使去内皮的动脉条产生收缩。其收缩作用可被卡托普利(327μmol/L)拮抗。去内皮动脉条,肾素释放增加。结论蜂毒素可引起血管内皮依赖性松驰,其收缩作用可能通过肾素中介。The objection was to survey the cardiovascular effects and its mechanism of meliuen,a polypeptide from bee venom. Methods In endothelium-denued and endothelium-intact aortic strips of rabbit,the contractions and relaxations by melitten were investigated,and the rate of angiotensin Ⅱ accumulation by it in the media was identified by radioimmunoassay.Results It was showed that the relaxations were caused by melitten(0.33~6.6 mg/L)in the endothelium-intact aortic strips precontracted with noradrenaline(NA),while the contractions were caused in the endothelium-denued strips.These contractions could be inhibitted by captopril (327μmol/L).Renin release of endothelium-denued arotic strips was elevated by melitten. Conclusion it was suggested that endothelium-dependent relaxations were caused by melitten,while its contractions were mediated by renin.
