摘　　要：现代先进的冶金铸造技术、现代管理和信息技术是更好地实现中铬白口铸铁磨球规模化生产的重要保证。在铸态加亚温处理新工艺的背景下,阐述了在组织管理和制造过程中成组技术与敏捷化制造管理系统的应用。The modern advanced metallurgical casting technique, the modern management and the information technique are the important guarantees to better realize the scale production of the medium chrome white casting iron grinding ball. Based on the new process of the casting state and subtemperature treatment, the application of the group technique and the flexible manufacturing management system in the organization management and manufacturing procedure has been described in this article.
