摘 要:研究了掺铒TeO2-BaO-TiO2-La2O3碲酸盐玻璃的热稳定性及Er3+离子的吸收和荧光光谱性质。应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了玻璃的强度参数Ωt(t=24、、6)、Er3+离子在玻璃中的谱线强度、自发辐射几率以及辐射寿命。应用McCumber理论计算了受激发射截面。分析了TiO2对碲酸盐玻璃热稳定性和光谱性能影响,碲酸盐玻璃中含0—5%摩尔分数TiO2时可以有效地改善玻璃的热稳定性。该玻璃系统具有较好的增益带宽和热稳定性,适合于作为掺铒碲酸盐光纤放大器用基质材料。The thermal stability, absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of Er^3+ -doped tellurite glass system TeO2- BaO-TiO2-La2O3 were investigated. The intensity parameters Ωt (t =2,4,6), the line strength, spontaneous radiation rates and radioactive lifetimes of Er^3 + were calculated by the Judd-Ofelt theory. Stimulated emission cross section was calculated by McCumber theory. The influences of TiO2 to thermal stability and spectroscopic properties for the tellurite glass were analyzed. The concentration of TiO2 (0-5 % ) in the glass results in a better thermal stability. This tellurite glass system was suitable for as host of broadband erbium -doped fiber amplifier due to their advantages on the good thermal stability and a broad bandwidth.
