摘 要:利用微电解+空气氧化技术对2,2’,5,5’-四氯联苯胺生产车间排出的难降解有机废水处理进行了试验研究。当微电解反应器HRT=1 h,pH 3.0,空气氧化装置HRT=38 h时,COD和色度去除率分别为97.8%和90%,出水可以达到国家排放标准。反应动力学分析认为:在空气氧化初期24 h之内,呈一级反应,反应系数为0.095 6 h-1;反应末期,呈零级反应。同时,2,2’,5,5’-四氯联苯胺废水也得到有效矿化。A new advanced oxidation process combining micro-electrochemical oxidation and air oxidation was developed for treatment of the refractory dye intermediate effluents from the 2,2', 5,5' -tetrachlorobenzidine (TCB) manufacturing processes. On the conditions of HRT 1 h and pH 3.0 in the miero-electrochemical oxidation, and HRT 38 h in the air oxidation, the overall COD and color removal were 97.8% and 90%, respectively. The experimental results indicated that the combined micro-electrochemical oxidation and air oxidation performed stable COD and color removal in TCB wastewater, the treated effluents came up to the discharge standard in China. Kinetic analysis results indicated that the COD depletion was a pseudo-flrst-order reaction in the first 24 h o{ the air oxidation, the zero-order kinetic for the final period. Also, TCB contained in the industrial discharge was mineralized.
