摘  要:本文首次对急性T淋巴细胞白血病JM细胞系所分泌的抑制因子(TLSFJM),在体内的免疫调节作用进行了研究。结果表明:(1)体内应用TLSFJM可明显抑制由DNFB所诱导的小鼠接触性皮炎,降低局部针对变应原的特异性炎症反应;(2)TLSFJM能有效地延长移植在C57BL/6小鼠上的BALB/c小鼠皮片的存活时间,并降低体外混合淋巴细胞反应中受体淋巴细胞对供体同种异体抗原刺激的再次增殖反应。The in vivo immunosuppressive effect of TLSFJM on DNFB-induced contact sensitivity and skin transplantation was investigated. Affer i. p. twice injection of TLSFJM, in BALB/c mice sensitized and then challenged with DNFB, the increment of the challenged left ear decreased markedly as compared with RPMI 1640 injected mice. However, in only vehicle-sensitized and then DNFB-challenged mice, there was no diference between TLSFJM and RPMI 1640 treatment. Adult C57BL/6 mice were given skin allografts from BALB/c mice. In recipient mice, the treatment with i. p. injection of TLSFJM after transplantation resulted in significantly much longer survival time of the skin grafts, with median survival time(MST) of 23. 4 days, than the group treated with RPMI 1640 (MST=10.6 days). The proliferative reaction of splenocytes from TLSFJM treated mice (H-2b)in response to stimulation by the donor's splenocytes (H-2d)decreased 38. 6% in comparsion to RPMI 1640 treated mice.
