摘 要:弯起器是实现先张法折线预应力配筋的关键部件,通过量测6根钢绞线在不同弯起角度5°、9°、13°下穿过弯起器后预应力筋的摩擦损失,分析影响钢绞线摩擦损失的主要因素,提出试验所采用的弯起器预应力筋摩擦损失的计算方法及相关建议.试验结果表明,钢绞线的摩擦损失同弯起角度成正比关系且与张拉控制应力呈线性关系,弯起器钢绞线孔洞上方的钢板挤压应力仅为张拉控制应力的2.1%,表明弯起器具有可靠的强度和安全保证依据.Transfer apparatus is the key component of being fold - line pre - stressed steel bars in the pre - tension pre - stressed structure. The pre - stressing frictional loss between the pre - stressed wire and the transfer apparatus is tested by the experimental study on six pre - stressing frictional loss of the fold - line pre - tension pre - stressed wire of different angle, 5°, 9°, 13°, the main factors of frictional loss are analyzed experimentally, the method in the calculation of the frictional loss of the pre - stressed wire using the transfer apparatus in this experiment is indicated and a rational suggestion is proposed . The experimental results show that the factor of frictional loss is related linear to stretching controlling stress and is direct ratio with transferred angle. The pressing stress on the transfer appratus is 2.1 percent of stretching controlling stress. The transfer apparatus used in the experiment has reliable force and safety assurance.
