磷钨酸催化合成戊二酸二丁酯的研究

摘　　要：采用均匀设计法来安排实验方案,以磷钨酸为催化剂,甲苯为带水剂,考察了醇酸配比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂用量等因素对戊二酸二丁酯合成反应的影响,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸摩尔比3∶1,催化剂的质量分数2.7%,带水剂的质量分数为24%,反应时间2 h,在此条件下酯化率可达99.6%.The experiment plan was made according to the theory of uniform design. With glutaric acid and n - Butanol as raw materials, phosphotungstic acid as catalyst, using toluene as azeotropic solvent, dibutyl glutarate was prepared. Various factors such as the molecular ratio of n - Butanol to glutaric acid, amount of catalyst , reaction time,amount of azeotropic solvent which would influence the reaction were studied. The optimum synthetic reaction of dibutyl glutarate conditions were determined ： the molar ratio of n - Butanol to glutaric acid is 3 ： 1, amount of catalyst used 2.7 % by weight of the glutaric acid, the reaction time is 2 h, amount of azeotropic solvent used 24 % by weight of the raw materials, in which the rate of esterification of product can attain to 99.6% or more.
