摘　　要：为了保证玉米品种DNA指纹库构建的标准化,从建库标记、检测平台、试剂、样品、评估程序、数据整合、模式库、扩展库和随机盲测9个方面进行了全面的规范,从而为科研单位合作开展大规模的DNA指纹库构建研究奠定基础。In order to standardize the construction of Chinese maize DNA fingerprint database, an overall criterion was set up, which regulated nine related aspects including molecular marker, detection platform, reagent, sample, evaluation procedure, data conformity, pattern database, extended database, blind test. This criterion will help to a collaboration among different laboratories to construct high-throughput DNA fingerprint database.
