摘　　要：文章从我国的实际情况出发,分析了我国的城市交通拥挤状况,介绍了ITS的概念。提出了用ITS解决城市交通拥堵的一些具体方案。Based on the Chinese situation, the article analys the congestion of the city. it also introduces the concept of ITS, By using ITs,it introduced some mathods that call release the congestion of the city.
