摘　　要：办学理念是人们对大学的理性认识、理想追求及所持教育观点或哲学观念的总和,是大学发展的灵魂。在我国高等教育快速发展的今天,普通高等院校如何确立自己的办学理念和定位,彰显自身的办学特色与个性追求具有至关重大的意义与作用。The eoneeption of runming college is the sum of sensible understanding and ideal - pursuing, points of views of education and philosophy, the soul of college development as well. With the high - speed development of higher education of our country nowadays, it is so significant that how to indicate the special self- characteristic and personality.
