祁连圆柏扦插插条处理及促进根原基形成试验研究

摘　　要：就祁连圆柏扦插育苗插穗的药剂处理的浓度范围进行了试验,结果表明:用100—200mg.kg-1生根粉对插条浸泡24h后扦插,插后20d开始,每隔10d喷洒1—5mg.kg-1三十烷醇液,共喷三次,扦插成活率能达到70%以上;在两种药剂的配比上,应以生根粉的高浓度200mg.kg-1与三十烷醇的高浓度5mg.kg-1搭配,其扦插成活效果好。The test was conducted on the different medicament strengths applying cutting of Sabina przewalskii. The results showed the stroking sumival rate was more than 70% after soaking 24h with 100mg·kg^-1 GGR. Mter had been cuttaged 20d, were sprayed 1-5mg·kg^-1 the triancontane once 10 days in all three times. On the rate of two pharmaceutical product the survival effect were better with GGR high density 1200mg·kg^-1 paried triancontane high deasity（5mg·kg^-1 ）.
