离子泵三维随动调节支架有限元分析

摘　　要：用SOLIDEDGE对离子泵三维调节支架进行建模,在有限元分析软件ANSYS中将离子泵三维调节支架模型导入,基于该模型进行离子泵三维调节支架的静力学计算,得到在设计参数情况下的变形、应力及应变场结果,从而为确定离子泵三维调节支架设计方案提供依据。Employing finite element method, the authors study the finite element method static of the three dimensional regulation support of the ion pump. According to applying the method which is made by the software SOLIDEDGE, the finite element method model of three dimensional regulation support is established. We computed it by the software ANSYS and verify its possibility. We carry out the statics analysis of it to make certain the distortion and stress parameter. The resuhs take a essential foundation for the structure design of the three dimensional regulation support.
