摘　　要：探讨了虚拟货币与传统货币的关系,并将它与股票、衍生金融工具,特别是电子货币进行了对比研究。在此基础上,分析了虚拟货币的实证基础、形式、特点、功能与流通范围。At the beginning, this thesis talks about the relationship between the virtual currency and the traditional currency. And then, the author compares the virtual currency with the stock and some other derived financial tools, especially the electronic cash. After studying all above, the author analyzes the factual basis, the form, the feature, the runction and the circulation ranges of the virtual currency at last.
