摘　　要：水溶胶成膜钢带的张紧与调偏是水溶性塑料薄膜流涎成型的关键技术。本文论述了水溶膜成膜钢带的张紧与调偏原理,并将由计算机、传感器、驱动机构等组成的自动控制系统应用于钢带张紧调偏机构的设计,成功的解决了国产水溶膜流涎机成膜钢带运行中的张紧与调偏问题。Tension and adjusting deviation about forming film steel band of soluble film are the key technologies for slobbering forming of water-soluble plastic package film. This article deals with the principle of the tension and adjusting deviation about forming membrane steel band of water-soluble film. Meanwhile, we use the automatic control system that is composed by PC, sensor, and drive to the design of the mechanism on tension and adjusting deviation of steel band. And it is a successful solution to the tension and adjusting deviation in running of the China-made soluble film slobbering machine of forming membrane steel band.
