摘　　要：采用先进的长丝织物生产设备生产涤纶长丝和精梳棉氨包芯纱交织缎纹弹力布,氨纶包芯纱生产过程中控制好氨纶丝的预牵伸,使成纱弹力均匀,解决了挡车工的接头问题,杜绝缺芯纱,选用ZA209 i喷气织机,采取提高喷气压力、延长引纬时间等措施,解决了纬缩问题。In producing stretch satin cloth of polyester filament and cotton polyurethane core-spun yarn, it needs to control the pre-draft of polyurethane in polyurethane core-spun yarn process to make the resultant yarn stretch even, solve the yam joining problem and eliminate the missing of core-spun yarn. And the weft kinks are also disappeared by use of the imported ZA209i air-jet loom and increasing ait-jet pressure and prolonging weft insertion time.
