摘　　要：应用模式识别技术对影响高强度船板冷弯的因素进行定量分析,并通过正交试验,探讨工艺因素对冷弯性能的影响,通过工艺参数的动态优化,制订了控制、改善冷弯性能的有效措施。Factors affecting the cold bending property of the high strength ship plates are quantitatively analyzed by means of mode identification technology and effects of the process on the cold bending of the ship plate also probed by way of orthogonal test. At the meanwhile the effective measures for control and improvement of the cold bending property of the plate are drawn up by dynamically optimization of the processing parameters.
