摘　　要：森吉米尔轧机(ZR20)在轧制板形不好、板面和边部有严重缺陷的脆性原料时,经常出现的生产故障是断带缠辊。这不仅会严重影响轧机生产率的提高,而且还会损坏设备。因此,长期以来,如何解决断带与缠辊的问题已成为重要的研究课题。介绍对大型ZR20轧机在生产过程中出现断带缠辊故障相关因素进行的理论分析和试验研究结果,并提出有效的改进方案。Strip breakage and roll wind-up frequently occur on the ZR 20 when rolling the fragile stock with severe quality problems such as worse shape, serious surface and edge defects. Those troubles can not only greatly affect the improvement of productivity of the ZR mill, but also severely damage the rolling equipments, so how to solve the problems of strip breakage and roll wind-up has long been an important subject of our research work. The present paper describes the theoretical analysis and experimental study on the factors closely in connection with the strip breakage and roll wind-up in the practical production of the large-scale ZR 20 mill and puts forward the effective improvement plan on the issue.
