摘 要:为防止在变电站中带电合接地刀闸、挂接地线与带电接地刀闸、接地线合闸送电2类误操作事故,研制了一种变电站接地状态电子管理显示系统。介绍了系统构成、技术特点、软件功能和应用效果。整个系统安装在变电站控制室内,由接地标示牌、接地状态管理牌和计算机管理软件3部分组成。该系统可便于变电站运行人员、检修人员在进行操作和检修作业时对现场接地状态的掌控,防止发生带电误操作的安全事故。An electronic management display system of grounding status in substation is studied, which is to prevent two kinds of mal-operation of closing grounding-switch and articulating earth-line, sending the electricity by taking electricity with grounding switch and closing earth line. The construction, technical features, software function and application results of this system are introduced. The whole system is installed in the supervision center of substation, and consists of three parts of grounding sign, grounding status management card and computer management software. The system make it easy for the substation operator and maintenance personnel to control grounding status of field, and to prevent the occurrence of security incidents of living mal-operation.
