摘  要:本研究以先进的进口热膨胀仪为主要手段,探讨了AlN材料的烧结过程。用X射线衍射仪对AlN烧结后试样进行了相分析。用最小二乘法回归分析实验数据,依据现有的烧结理论研究后表明。The sintering process of AlN added with Y 2O 3 was studied by means of thermal dilatometer. The results were analysed by regression method and were compared with the formulas of sintering rate which had been deduced. The phases of sintered AlN samples were analysed by X-ray diffraction. From the research, it is concluded that the sintering mechanism of AlN with Y 2O 3 is the solution reprecipitation process controlled by the rate of boundary reaction.
